SHRINKING TIME As Man races to further the limitless boundaries of technology, humans are realizing that for the first time in our evolution, microseconds of our primary asset time are being inadvertently compressed. The same drive that challenges our minds/technology to do and be more is the very mechanism that is perceivingly shrinking our seconds on Earth. In place of the leisure time that man once new, there is now a deluge of meetings, multiple families, traffic, sports or a technological device/gadget that fills that space of neutral time, that once seemed to expand our hours and our days…. “Can you believe how fast this week went by”?

In the new millennium and beyond, how will seventy-two years, today's average life span of Man be enough real time. As sharp as you are now… imagine yourself this sharp in a forty-five*year body. The vision is inevitable. Today, bright minds, Leaders/Legends, dying ignorantly, fallen heroes that lay among themselves in a trough of ignorance, the go with the pack attitude, blinded by limiting thoughts that aging was a normal process… a canonical thought process about to be consigned to the dustbins of history.

These lost powerful lives/minds leaving vast sums of money to antiquated thought patterns of medical programming that through misinterpretation, were convinced that their disease/s was at fault rather than the underlying fact that in most cases, aging was the true disease. Today’s advancements in Biotechnology have led us to forefront’s unheard of as little as a decade ago, we now have the ability to regress and even stop our most prominent limitation…aging. There are irrepressible Biotechnologies evolving within the next decade that promise to disrupt the way we think about this challenging subject.

The emotions, time and millions of dollars it takes to replace the loss of a high-level Fortune 500 executive can in many instances take years in lost intellectual congruity let alone the possible misdirection that the company may experience. For example, what would have become of the ailing Chrysler Corporation during its turnaround if something fatal had happened to Lee Iaccoca?

ENIGMA Maybe you remember the greatest secret of WWII, where the unbreakable German code “Enigma” was eventually toppled by Allied cryptanalysts headed up by one Tom Jericho, using a high-speed calculator called a Bombe. The bombe later led to the development of Colossus which in those days was considered the first proper computer that went on to be used to decipher other codes. The country was at war, and the deciphering of Enigma was the trump card that helped us win. Mother Nature, our most eluding cryptographer to date, has challenged us with the supposedly “unbreakable code”, with Biotechnology being our Bombe and super computers like the Cray T90, able to span into the world of natural phenomenon, are our Colossus of today, ready to devour Her challenge.

It is evident that Mother Nature likes to play, she gave us our minds. Research groups like Geron, Genentech and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the Tom Jericho’s of AntiAging cryptography today, to name just a few, are challenging the cutting edge of cell immortality. A recent UPI article disclosed that various research teams discovered the gene for a key part of an enzyme that makes cells immortal, removing built-in limits so they can keep dividing forever, the research specified the hEST2 gene, which encodes part of the powerful enzyme telomerase, (search the Internet)

* As the author, I omit the terminology of “years old” for the reason that the English language is one of the few languages that negatively denotes ones age by programming the word old as in “how old are you”… since birth. Asking any mother of Latin decent how old her infant is, may get one slapped, for it is rather insulting….the majority of languages relate to the age of a person or how many years are they, not….. how old one is

TELOMERES Dr. Michael Fossel Ph.D., MD, in his new book, Reversing Human Aging, states that “telomeres” made of human DNA building blocks and that resetting the telomeres clock is the forefront of AntiAging research. He goes on to say, that the telomere is the only place where all of the mechanisms of aging come together, and it is here that we can most efficiently prevent or reverse the myriad of dysfunction’s that express themselves as aging. There are two major approaches to adjusting the telomeric clocks: One reset it and two, stop it. BOTH have been accomplished in cells. Research at the University of Texas, for example have reset the telomeric clocks by lengthening the telomeres. Such technologies still in their infancy have allowed cells to continue to grow indefinitely.

LEADERS This multibillion-dollar AntiAging industry is upon us and will continue to attract hundreds of millions of dollars in research that will aggrandize as more great Leaders evolve through this enigma, with sincere and strategic efforts of investing in themselves and mankind. Today, a man amasses before the age of fifty, a $100 Million to $1 Billion portfolio or more, it is difficult to understand how a person of this endeavor does not supervene, or better yet, contribute a percentage of his wealth “you can’t take it with you” to the multitudinous breakthroughs taking place in the Biotech field. At this level of wealth, devolution should be inadmissible. How does such a person, a Leader, surrender such a vast portfolio to a four by ten foot plot of dirt…ignorance, it happens everyday. Case in point, as far back as the 1300’s BC, Pharaoh Ramses II a high level executive, lived to over sixty seven, during the 1200’s AC, Genghis Khan also a high level executive, lived to over sixty, his reigning grandson Kublai to seventy four, without a hint of technology as we know it today. With the overwhelming breakthroughs taking place in Biotechnology such as gene mapping, organ cloning and stem cell research, how might these defiant Leaders of the past, if alive today, contributed to the defiance of aging in the present.

REPLICATING SPECIES Take this into consideration. Biologically speaking, our world is a biosphere of living replicating Species, as we grow more efficiently and move through space, we may find this to be different on other planets. Everything that lives on Earth, from amebas, plants, viruses to mammals you name it, if it lives, it replicates. It is this instinctive dominating nature that systematically saves its own species. It has taken over three million years to reach a Human population of one billion, with the last one hundred and fifty years resulting in a compounding effect nearing six billion, with an expected ten billion within the next twenty years….very significant.

A logical point of belief is that the human replicating process needs to be adjusted and that we have enough people on Earth. The question whether the world has enough people is really a mute point (I hope no one argues this point). China as you know has realized this and has implemented the child tax, more countries need to follow, or develop better incentives. The most significant reason for personal replication is just that… personal replication, an inherent form of cloning. It is, at a very individual level that man wants and feels he, genetically speaking, needs to save his own specie, keep the name of the family moving forward and the number of offspring is usually due to three reasons, ego, ignorance and fear. The ego of carrying ones name on, the ignorance of unplanned children and the fear of not having children within a certain time frame, that with the individual growing old that no one will be there to take care of them in their later years. The World Health Organization has significantly studied the compounding effect of human replication and has assessed that in only having three offspring that the replicating factor of the three relates to encumbering the world with an additional two hundred and fifty. These numbers become blinding at five and six children, hence the cumulative effect of the last one hundred and fifty years.

It is not our physical aging process that enhances us intelligently or intellectually but our accrued time...it is not “as we age we become more wise”, it is as we experience, that we become wise. Increasing life spans is of necessity and in of itself, elevates our evolution. When this happens, an individual will realize that in living to 150 to 200 or more years, the desire and necessity of replication becomes subdued. This point has already become part of our evolution. In times of the Neanderthals, a man lived to a ripe age of nineteen, maybe twenty-one; biologically a woman began her menstruation at around twelve years of age and was prepared to conceive. This is the biosphere that nature originally intended, have children at around this age, nurture and teach them and at nineteen to twenty one, this couples purpose here on Earth was complete. If the people at that time new that they would live to at least seventy, all thought forms would have changed, and of course that is what has happened.. "By the year 2020, more than 1.2 billion persons in the world will be over 65," said Alexander Kalache, MD, Ph.D., chief of the WHO Program on Aging and Health. "We have drastically increased the average human life span.”

Nature’s seductive challenge of sharing intimacy results in most cases as a liability than that of an asset. It is estimated that over 80% of global births are unplanned. This imbroglio is more than manageable today with a positive reflection on new technologies and non-or low reproducing tax incentives, with our population nearing six billion this is no longer a consideration. The WHO estimates an average of 90 million births per year

it should not take a Harvard graduate to suggest this, simply put the indisputable reason that taxes are so exaggerated, is due to massive world population. Restricting technology/mind as in the debate on cloning or using products such as RU486, most commonly known as the “day after pill”, and the most consequential forgiver to date by Mother Nature’s intuitiveness, and by the way a great AntiAging drug, is a direct obtrusion and limitation of an individuals right to be more…. the less is more concept

Mother Nature, God, Divine Guidance, Superconscious, Universal Energy, call it what you will, works extremely efficient in its own mind as to what will be. The multitude of millions of deaths due to wars since before Christ, the forceful silent plagues that devoured millions, Christendom promoted monogamy and through its moral programming, changed the birthing age in civilized countries to over eighteen. In the early sixties, Man was intuitively directed to create “the Pill” and later, abortions became legal in various countries. The combination of the above, have more than significantly contributed to a form of braking device in our evolution, slowing the ravages of a massive human escalating population.

GETTING BACK TO THIS BIOSPHERE Nature with its very sophisticated biological technology, set things up internally in all species to stop growing at a specific time and then quickly begin the expiration process to keep the planet in balance. We are all familiar with what are clean rooms, highly sophisticated rooms sealed to prevent any external forms of microorganisms, dust etc. By placing a cadaver or a fruit in this room, Nature’s internal biological decomposing technology still efficiently and successfully returns the matter to a minimal composition of minerals. The most detailed analysis into connections between micronutrients, aging and disease comes from Lester Packer, Ph.D., and Bruce Ames, Ph.D., from the University of California, Berkeley. "Your metabolism is being irradiated throughout your life," Packer said in opening his talk on the "voracious" biochemical activity of free radicals. It is this magnificent technology that is working on us daily with relevance in keeping balance here on Earth. Man is the only exception to this rule of balance and because of massive replication, is now the single key factor to our world imbalance. The message is clear, slow the replication… increase human potential by increasing life span.

The might of Natures technology can be explained as follows. A three hundred pound lineman is in position facing another of his peers, in order for the confrontation to be won; one of the two linemen will have to overtake the other. In this case, one of them is brute strength/force - nature - the other is our evolving mind/power, a mind that as of today has the edge over brute strength. Until now, Mother Nature has won over, but She in her personal assemblage of destiny has evolved our mindsnow to prepare us for the greater challenges that lay ahead, that can only be negotiated by our evolving wisdom and intelligence

MIND IS A PHENOMENON The reason you are the age you are, is due to a single factor…our mind, the blessed matter that has evolved us and will continue to evolve us. Our survival is based on our continual growth to do and become more. This is the essence of our genetic mission, look around you it is very apparent. Whatever Man has set his sights on, he/she has been able to achieve. The creation of such miracles as Light, Flight, TV, Telephone, Space Travel, Atomic Energy, the Computer, Mass Communications (Internet) and thousands more that in no lesser terms are miraculous events that once adapted to have become part of our everyday lives….. as will be and is in process, thousands of qualitative minds today have set their targets on regressing and even stopping this insistent antagonist…aging. Simply put, technology/mind is merely Natures intuitive evolutionary invitation to be more, to move more information to conscious from our Superconscious… that has no limitations. Humans are a phenomenon.

CARROL SHELBY “But my God what are we going to do if no one is dying”…it will be quite some time before that happens and by that time, we will have already accepted our eminent secondary challenge….space. Then of course, there are the moral issues in great advancements in AntiAging technologies, such as cloning, stem cells and a multitude of others. Was there a moral issue at Cedar Sinai in 1991 when Carroll Shelby, (originator of Ford’s Shelby Cobra) was dying and through the miracle of technology/mind, was given a new heart and realistically a fresh start. I believe that many people including all of the new relations that he has encountered are content to still have him around. At this time Carroll is off on new and greater developments and going strong as ever. Moral issues related to science are for all intent and purpose, fear based and lack guidance and understanding and is merely a breaking device that eventually fails and history has proven this. Imagine during the 1700’s or before, a man receiving another mans heart…witchery! The church at one time would burn you to a stake if you mentioned in public that the world revolved around the sun. How would this AntiAging vision appeared back then….to the majority today, it still sounds crazed! Researchers in the know like Caleb Finch, a world-renowned biologist at USC in Los Angeles states, “there is no reason to believe that there’s an intrinsic limit to how long we can live, lifespan… is completely malleable.”

SPACE The world of technology/mind, the new oracle, is at our doorstep for very apparent reasons, to grow more efficiently… not age. This is being proven in every emergency and cardiac ward (AntiAging stations) at this second. Technology/mind is not only making new things possible, but also all things possible. We need to grow more efficiently, not age, so we may accept our secondary eminent challenge…. space. The world is one of many wombs in the Universe, it is too anxious of a thought to think anything less. Leaders such as Shimizu of Japan, one of the largest construction companies in the world in conjunction with McDonnell Douglas is presently in the development stage of a 64-room ultra luxury hotel, 280 miles in space. Richard Branson of Virgin Atlantic Airways expects in his lifetime to shuttle people to such places. With the completion of our orbiting space station set for just three years away, the great success of the Pathfinder Mission and the incredible $3.4 Billion Cassini Saturn space probe, one can sense the multitude of great challenges we are about to participate in. When there are too many people living in one room, it has a tendency of creating stress in a multitude of ways, there is peace in space. In the 1400’s, Nostradamus envisioned Hitler, the assassination of J. F. Kennedy, a more interesting point, he also envisioned paradise…. space.

Man will soon become and already is, limited by our shrinking planet, communications has condensed our world overnight with no further need of geographic pioneers. Every mountain has been conquered every niche unstepped will soon be systematically grid via satellite. The Gates/MaCaw satellite network will leave no space on Earth untouched by communications. But what lays ahead, the vision is… space. Just the idea of traveling light years into space has the same profound effect that fevered the blood of Columbus. Mother Nature’s third most popular challenge, excessive population growth, will be inevitable, despite government incentives that may be offered. And realistically… a hidden blessing, in that it will be the driving factor that will force us to… space. When the office gets to small for its excessive growth, you move to a larger space. The world is headed in that direction and Mother Nature has prepared us with technology/mind and….ample space.

A very logical and eminent link in our immediate future is… aging and space travel. In terms of time in the Universe, the excessive rate or speed at which Man ages here on Earth, severely contradicts our ability to access the Universe at the speed that will be necessary for Man to evolve to this next great level. Scientists realize that in order for us to properly adapt to space travel, the speed at which our present vessels travel will have to increase a minimum tenfold or more. Not to get into the physics aspects of this, at these heightened speeds, a team of astronauts upon returning from a one year expedition in deep space, would return to a very time accelerated Earth. It is now imperative for Man to formally address this evolutionary challenge of aging in order to advance us to our dominant calling …. space.

CHALLENGE The reason you are where you are is evident. Mans most insistent genetic code is to continually accept or create… challenge. There are innumerable chemical transformations that take place in our bodies that complete this effort. Biochemically speaking let alone Spiritually, the complexity of the body of Man can in the purest essence, be explained as Dr. Deepak Chopra stated “we are as individuals, a universe passing through a universe”. The volume of internal communications that drives our external appearance to resonate to challenge is in most simple terms realized, as a healthy dose of testosterone and… belief, the leading deficiencies in middle aged men that gradually reverses their affectivity to embrace challenge and in turn accept dormancy as their new domain … “They were just starting to get smart!"

The immediate challenge in our genetic destiny is to be more, to live longer… to grow. If we are being told by “professionals” that 72 years of age is the average termination time of Man, then why are we not doing more about this, especially if your 65 and worth Billions. I am not suggesting that this happens by donating to the Cancer Research Foundation, or the Arthritis Foundation, but specifically to cell rejuvenation research. There are over 400 known billionaires on Earth; it would most likely only take a few of these Leaders to subjugate this enigma.

Challenging, tough, imaginative, cunning, unconventional, and determination, the basic elements of the majority of our Entrepreneurs/Leaders are all chemical transmutations that are controlled by the correct balance of many systemic conditions particularly hormones. Today, a simple “hormonal tune up” that was not publicly available as little as five years ago would dramatically increase the motivation of these decaying human machines, enhancing their outlook, decelerate disease factors as well as increase their lifespan. It would seem a very positive idea that all members of the Board of Directors of the Fortune 500 who are over the age of thirty-five, to include an every six month… hormonal tune up.

Ancient Romans lived an average of 22 years. Today, a global citizen can expect to live an average of 65…in the United States, the average man lives to 72. His female counterpart typically makes it to79, up from a U.S. average of 47 in 1900 (November 1997 issue of National Geographic issue on Aging).

ALL RIGHT TO DIE Tell me your age, I’ll tell you when you expire! Are our visionary Leaders of today ready for this? It’s all right to die, when you die, you just might go to heaven… personally I believe Heaven is where you make it and I for one, want to stick around and make the best of it here…there is so much to do/experience. Great things are born from experience and nothing outclasses achievement. You may recall the movie Blade Runner-1982, an excellent classic in the AntiAging field, where in a cyber vision of the future, Man has developed the technology to create replicants, human clones named Nexus Six.

Nexus, near perfect, was developed to protect space colonies and explore deep space, with one catch… they would expire in four years. Blade Runner, portrayed by Harrison Ford is a cop who specializes in terminating replicants who return to Earth, that manage to escape into human society and attempt to pass as real human beings. Rutger Hauer is Roy a Nexus Six replicant and the leader of a band of replicants that return to Earth seeking their creator with a vengeance to prolong their termination date. The message becomes clear that the replicants developed human like emotions and as perfect as they were created…. why were they programmed to die. This must see film sensitively touches what it is to be human, and why life is so precious. Genesis 3:22 (*with a minor enhancement); And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life/* technology, and eat and… live for ever.

Coincidentally in a universe of no coincidences, my father a pilot, who was later made memorable by the movie of his life as a Flying Tiger pilot, ‘China Doll’ 1954 with Victor Mature portraying my father. At sixty-seven years of age, was in the process of developing a major placer gold mining operation in the Sierras of Mexico, a man who may as well of had the middle name of Entrepreneur and whom I loved and admired greatly. One day while visiting him in Mazatlan Mexico, he rented the movie Blade Runner without my knowledge of it, of which I had already viewed. We both enjoyed the movie and personally felt pleased to of been able to have shared with him how impactfull this movie was to me. As fate would have it, two days later, he passed on of a major heart attack. It was this single event of my father passing on that changed my life forever and became the thrust for me to converge on this vision/mission, I am, as you may have realized, become most dedicated too. Someone once said, “When great doors close, somewhere… great doors are opening”. Some of us are born for a mission, you as Leaders understand this.

REJUVENATIVE TECHNOLOGIES It is a miraculous event to witness the birth of ideas/visions that are then carried out, a natural phenomenon in of itself and the more experienced/wise one is, the greater the evolutionary process evolves ones future mental births. Rejuvenative Technologies (RT) is the intuitive contumacious child of Mother Nature, aspiring to be more. RT is the tax incentive vehicle that will generate contributory funds specifically for research in the most measurable and advanced fields of AntiAging technologies and in the development of three Oasis of Life Centres, offering the most advanced rejuvenative technologies in the world. Each Centre will serve as a Research Center, tracking client/patients participation through these exciting evolving technologies. The Centres will focus on an affluent clientele over the age of thirty, specifically, individuals worth over $3M, the International Entertainment industry, and the Board of Directors of Fortune 500 companies.

RT will designate AntiAging research projects/funds to highly qualified research facilities in Mexico, such as CIB, the Center for Biological Investigations (see CIB BIO) and major Universities. RT will enhance new growth arenas in scientific and intellectual information to Mexico, as well as increased economic opportunities in related employment, manufacturing and distribution of new technologies. In addition, RT will designate research dollars to International Biotech firms already advanced in specific AntiAging therapies to expand designated research project/s to Mexico, where research is less expensive, extending a Biotech research companies grant or underwriting by as much as 20-30%.

Besides being half Irish half Mexican and having a passionate love for Mexico, RT has been strategically developed in Mexico, realizing that whatever part of the Fortune 500 is not yet here, will soon be. RT is a non-profit organization, similar to the U.S. 501-C3. The heightened benefits of RT in Mexico, is that one, the ability to operate the Oasis of Life Centre in this realm of advanced cutting edge technology, is more permissible here than Stateside. Secondly, a corporation or individual may deduct 100% of a contribution or donation made to a non-profit organization whereas stateside, averages between 35-50%.

Mexican Tax Law states that a Mexican corporation may donate up to 1.5% of its gross revenues. As an individual paying taxes in Mexico, they, would have no limit to their contribution. Corporations in other countries having an interest in contributing to RT, assuming they have a corporation in Mexico, could then direct their Mexican arm to contribute to RT. RT plans to focus its attention on major corporations and highly affluent individuals.

RT will develop strategic incentives on a case-by-case basis to create corporate as well as personal incentives for contributions of a minimum of $1M in currency or material value. $25M is the proposed funds necessary for the development of the first Oasis of Life Centre (see Executive Summary) located in a planned ultra luxury resort environment, specifically on the Pacific Corridor near the tip of the Baja California Peninsula of Mexico near the town of Todos Santos. The second and third proposed Centre locations are the Yucatan and Bali.

It is the intended goal of RT that within 12-18 months, assuming the benefit of the first contribution, and with proper resources such as legal and accounting support, that RT will create substantial viable incentives to convince enough Leaders to participate in the development of the first Centre ($25M) and substantial research ($20M) into focused arenas of technology. It is proposed that the first $45M will create appreciable profits to RT, generated through profit participation in the Oasis of Life Centres and pharmaceutical/equipment licensing, royalties and patent rights to further support ongoing research projects. The initial $1M will be invested into the elaboration of RT’S prominent and unquestionable structure and marketing support to entice the $45M; additionally the first contribution will be invested in the development of staff and the design and permits of the first Oasis of Life Centre.

There are other life extension clinics around the world, practicing what I would term as antiquated therapies, although still generating millions of dollars per year. It is the intuitive vision of RT to be more, do more, specifically… to continually offer the most advanced rejuvenative technologies available. There is so much more that can be accomplished….research! As you will read in the Oasis of Life Executive Summary that follows, the Centre is a very profitable vehicle, grossing $60-$100M per year, per location. The purest of this intended purpose should be to direct a considerable portion or… all profits back to RT for further research; quality research is a priceless commodity.

Ultimately, our future more than ever will be methodically altered by….computers. The speed at which man is accelerating intellectually with the aid of these massive information manipulators, including our eminent fortune of Molecular computers and Nanotechnology is an aphorismic message from Mother Nature that She continues to intuitively reveal to us, that we are here to be much more. Fortunately, these magnificent technologies will aggrandize the vision of RT. RT plans to have donated, two used Super Computers from corporations necessitating an upgrade in their present technology, where RT plans to funnel these machines to leading AntiAging researchers to be used in tandem, to aid in unraveling Mother Nature’s capricious secrets.

MIND PHENOMENOLOGY One cannot help but realize that immortality is in our future, although years away. The logic here, is that with the amount of technology/mind that is available today, capable of extending or preserving life another twenty years will, through a multitude of compounding breakthrough research inevitably advance an individual another twenty to thirty years. By that time, aging, our great divider, should be near limitless and by then, most of the Human Race shall have comfortably accepted… space.

It is unquestionable the positive life extending effects that simple over the counter products such as Human Growth Hormone (HGH), CoQ10, DHEA, Pregnenolone, Melatonin, Antioxidants, Potassium, Magnesium, Bioflavinoids and Exercise, to name but a few and in the correct doses are having on humans today. The real action though is happening as stated above in the successful global research in cloning, telomeres, stem cell research and other substantial biotechnological breakthroughs. RT will be extremely supportive of advanced Biotechnology research!

RT also realizes the cutting edge research taking place in the area of our irrepressible mind, such as mind rescripting technologies that will soon shed much light on our AntiAging goals. For instance today we can electronically mimic any neurotransmitter, peptide, hormone, enzyme, or protein to induce any given specified emotion or behavior in any individual, having tremendous implications in AntiAging. Due to the rapid advancement in computer technology, research in molecular neurochemistry, microanatomy, mind phenomenology and neuroanatomy are advancing tremendously, with other areas of research in the subtle energies fields of the body.

Today, there is technology that uses ultraviolet-infrared harmonics and optical phase conjugation that can actually detect, measure, quantify and analyze human auras, information bands or morphic fields, laden with priceless Universal information. This area of research will soon lead us to quantum relativistic levels, far beyond today’s medical expectations. The Mind is forms of scalar wave transducer that Mother Nature intuitively created in order to better communicate what She has planed for us. Tom Johnson at the University of Colorado has mutated a gene aptly named Age 1 of a nematode that has doubled the critters lifespan. This single discovery supports that a molecular program may control aging. The mind deals with molecular programming in nanoseconds. Can we alter our minds to regenerate? Can your PC upgrade to Windows 2000…inevitably the answer is yes….research!

Imagine harnessing the phenomena of synesthesia, where an individual, 1 in 25,000 has the ability to hear colors and see sounds. I’d hope they’d give some of their brilliance to philanthropy, not just shovel tens of millions of dollars to organizations that already have billions of dollars in assets”. Rejuvenative Technologies is the essence, the breath of philanthropy, humanitarianism….aiding in the qualitative evolutionary process of Man. Issues such as preservation and conservation, when viewed collectively, are intelligent attempts at saving life, a veritable guise of AntiAging science.

THE BIG PICTURE There has to be a big picture here or it just does not get done. Negotiations with the state and federal government have concluded, with their assistance in the development of a 2700-meter non-commercial airport near the town of Todos Santos, able to accommodate up to a Gulfstream Five. The State will supply the equipment and labor and at the Federal level, the material for the strip. The tower, hangars and receiving area to be supplied by our resort development.

Third, realizing the scope of research that will take place, in addition to the benefit of being offshore and the numerous products that will evolve from the Centres insistent pioneering, La Paz Pharmaceuticos S.A de C.V. (LPF) was formed in La Paz, the Capital of the State of Southern Baja California and a 45 minute drive from the proposed Oasis of Life Centre.

LOCATION The new NARYANA RESORT will be the setting for the Oasis of Life Centre. Located near the tip of the Baja California Peninsula, three minutes south of the Pacific coastal town of Todos Santos and approximately two hours airtime from both Los Angeles and Mexico City. The location offers two nearby international airports, luxurious privacy and year round semi tropical weather averaging 75 to 85 degrees. The resort plans an additional 2700 meter airstrip capable of accommodating private jet service up to a Gulfstream Five.

RESEARCH Mexican non-profit organization is now in the process of being implemented and appropriately designated Rejuvenative Technologies (RT). Tax laws in Mexico allow a 100% deduction to both corporate and individual donations. RT will act as the tax-free vehicle used to raise contributory dollars for the development of the Centre and research. RT’s emphasis will be on highly qualified research facilities throughout Mexico such as CIB, the Center for Biological Investigations and major Universities, enhancing both new growth arenas of scientific and intellectual information to Mexico as well as increased employment. Strategic researchers already advanced in specific AntiAging therapies will prioritize funding.
